wrong way and behave in the course of interaction.

Conflict stems from differences in influence, dominance, or resource appropriation;
3. Content-based conflicts
Conflict stems from inconsistent expectations – different positions, and different needs.
4. Identity-based conflicts
Conflict stems from the depth of the relationship – trust, quality of communication, context,
values;
